Believe it or not this movie scared the living *beep* out of me as a kid. The basic idea of a vampire biting me and slowly killing me against my will frightened the devil out of me. (I was five at the time.) The two main vampires in my consciousness at the time were Count Zappula, an overweight Halloween horror movie host on local TV, and George Hamilton in this movie. I honestly thought he was scary; barging into the girl's apartment, ripping the phone from the wall and biting her over and over. Now I can appreciate it for the silly comedy it is. It's really perplexing how anyone could ever have bought SSJ as a sexy supermodel, so wrinkled and sharp boned is she. What's really amazing is how truly funny Richard Benjamin is in this, when he was stiff as a board in Westworld only four years before. (How much like Jeff Goldblum does he look??) Basically, a real blast from the past (and GH will give me the creeps no matter how old or wrinkled from the sun he gets).

I remember seeing this one as a kid. But after 25+ years the only things I remembered were; it was fun to watch, the title,GH and for some strange reason something with a car(didn't remember what happened with the car ,just that there was something going on with the car)
Now after seeing the movie again , I still think it's funny and I'm glad I remembered the name of this movie after all these years.
