PERFECT MOVIE
This movie was and is perfect! Diane Lane was and still is magic on screen. Little movie with great dialogue and understated performances. That always stands the test of time. Less is more. One of my favorite films.
shareAbsolutely. One of my favourite films too. And for me, it isn't just the film's quality that matters. It's the state of mind I see it in. I saw this the first time when I was 14 with my first love. She had to go away too next year. So I could really relate to the movie. And the soundtrack is phenominal. The title track with the jazz flute is haunting yet joyous and fits the movie prefectly. I want to read the book (E=mc2, mon amour). I can read french but I can't find the book anywhere. I want to read the sequel too. Want to know what happened to Lauren and Daniel after this.
