Anybody know when this was first released on video in the UK?

shareNot sure of the exact release date, but I remember renting it out from a video shop in 1982 not long after it was released on the rental market by the Thorn EMI video label. This was the pre-cert era, with Thorn EMI's distinctive early 80's packaging for both Betamax and VHS formats. I remember the plastic packaging feeling as bulky as a house brick.
The next time the title reappeared on the UK video market was in 1988 on 'sell-thru' (remember that?) with a post-VRA BBFC 15 certificate, distributed by CBS Fox Video UK. I remember this VHS edition having very good inner-liner notes - unusually detailed for a sell-thru cassette from this era.
