The actor that portrayed the character of "Paul" was "James Mitchell" I looked him up here and found really nothing. And it looks as though "Laura" was the last film he acted in. Does anyone here know whatever became of him?? I would love to know, he was very handsome in the film but of course I know he doesn't look like that now. Anyone want to add their two cents??

Perhaps Mitchell was not really an actor, but rather a print model or perhaps he acted in television. Possibly he was simply a friend of David Hamilton, who cast him in his film based on his good looks. It seems like he never played any main roles again, but possibly he had smaller parts, which might not pop up in a search. But yes, he is a very handsome guy, and looked nowhere near the age he was supposed to be in this film.
shareJames Mitchell certainly looked much young than 41 here, and he gave a very good performance. I'm surprised he never made another film, at least not one listed here.
I wonder whatever became of him — and those funky glasses he wears toward the end of the film?
