The obsessive love, not that crazy Lifetime movie love. The I'm obsessed with this person and it's making me miserable, but I can still manage my day.

Anything like that?

Bad Timing. It's much darker but the obsession aspect is very similar.

That's the great thing about this movie ... there is no movie like it as far as I've ever seen. And "Chilly Scenes of Winter" is the version of this movie to see.
