Twilight Time will begin accepting preorders for a Blu-ray disc of CHILLY SCENES OF WINTER on Feb. 1st, 2017, with the shipping expected around Feb. 14th or so.
The Blu-ray will feature an audio commentary track with director/writer Joan Micklin Silver and producer Amy Robinson, which should be a treat.
My only regret about this release is that it will NOT include the alternate version HEAD OVER HEELS.
This movie is one of my all time favorite movies. It is a small movie, but so brilliantly done and true to live as well as funny that I have remembered it for decades. I remember this movie today because of the death of John Heard in my home town of Palo Alto where I first saw this brilliant movie, as well as the movie "Mindwalk" which I also loved.
