Elmer Bernstein's Score
This was one of his level best in my opinion, but the soundtrack doesn't seem to be available anywhere. They may never have released it. Still, if anyone has any idea where it might be found, that would be great.

shareCappataur, I agree with you that this was one of the best scores written by Elmer Bernstein in the latter part of his long career. The music was released on CD by the Film Score Monthly label in 2011 (FSM Vol 14 No 13) and is (as of this writing) still available. Check out the Film Score Monthly web-site for details.
shareThe opening of the movie sounded to me like 1970s tv series or tv movie music. It got much better later on.
