Do you think he would've been facing a Court Martial for Conduct Unbecoming and Officer for the bar scene at the beginning of the movie? I somehow don't believe the Naval officer and other officers present wouldn't of brought charges against him?

I thought the same thing. I don't see how he could have just walked away from that without consequences. Also, I don't think he could get away with assaulting that corporal and sticking his head in the toilet.
