Hi Guys!

This is one of my favorite movies, I would have to say, of all-time. Jack Lemmon's performance was unbelievably good, I can't believe he didn't win that year! I believe Dustin Hoffman won that year for "Kramer vs. Kramer" if I'm not mistaken, but, in my opinion, Jack completely deserved the Oscar. Jack Lemmon's acting range and versatility was absolutely astounding. He truly was an everyday man who happened to be a star. A great talent that will always be missed.

I agree. I'm wasn't around at the time and hadn't seen his acting before. Such a natural.

I couldn't agree more. Jack Lemmon truly was one of a kind. So subtle, yet effective. I've never seen an over-the-top performance from him ever. He steals the show with his chops in this film- and this is a well acted movie from top to bottom.
