Horse figurine

While I was unfortuately not even around at the time that this wonderful film was released, it will always be one of my top ten, if not my favorite film of all time. In the scene on the ship when Alec's father is telling him the story of Alexander and Bucephelus, he gives him a small horse figurine (which of course is alluding to the black stallion). Were these figurines ever sold as memorabilia? If they were, does anybody know where I could find one? Thanks

You can get that figurine at the official website, theblackstallion.com. Click on the "Gift Shop" hyperlink and then the "Cool Stuff" hyperlink.

You said, "unfortunatley I was not even around." There are some movies that are made for the big screen. This is one of them. A small screen doesn't do this movie justice. And, imho, there's something kinda sterile about having a big screen tv at home and then claim you get the same effect as seing a movie on the big screen at the theatre. It's not the same. So when you say you were unfortunate about not being around at the time, that is actually true. Anyway....

That's where you can find the figurine.
