is this movie good for Mel Brooks fans???

just wondering because i just ordered it last night because i heard was funny but as some of you know im a huge mel brooks fan so i just wanted to know

It sort of is. More so than for Speilberg fans. You have to watch it a few times to get it.

Yes. I am a great Mel Brooks fan, and I love this movie.

Well, you will see in this film Taggart from Blazing Saddles. You might not recognize him but you'll recognize his voice.

I'd say no. It's good for people that like the first Saturday Night Live cast. There's no story, no substantial relationships. Brook's early films have heart.

As others have said, it's more SNL-style than Mel Brooks. I love early SNL, so I loved this.

Incidentally, I love Mel Brooks too :)
