Just watched at episode of M*A*S*H and her name is Lorraine. On this show it is Melanie.

He also had two daughters on M*A*S*H. On TJMD he had on daughter and one son.

Due to legal reasons, they couldn't use elements introduced on the MASH TV show, only the books and Movie. Otherwise, the producers of MASH would be able to claim royalties.
