Lifted my boycott of the very tawdry Who spin-off Torchwood last night (Sun 12-Nov-06) to check out the P.J.Hammond offering and I was not disappointed. This was a Sapphire & Steel story in all but name and I really enjoyed it.

Spooky little girls, supernatural photographs and elemntal creatures to battle.

How this whet my appetite for the return of Sapphire & Steel.

Sapphire and Steel = Good

Torchwood = *beep* *beep* *beep* etc.

I agree. I can't put my finger on it but I love Sapphire and Steel but from the little I have seen of Torchwood, it is not my cup of tea.
