Episode - Emily by Hart

I recently noticed that the location site (building) for the Santa Luesa Inn in this 1983 Hart episode was featured as a beachhouse in a 1975 TV movie that was entitled You Lie So Deep, My Love. When I was watching the TV movie and saw the beachhouse, I said "Wait a minute, I recognize that place. I think I remember that place from the Hart episode, Emily by Hart." even though I had not seen the Hart episode for quite a while. So I went back and looked at the Hart episode and sure enough it was the same building. I am assuming that this was a real facility as the two TV vehicles aired eight years apart. Does anyone know what this location really is, where it is located and if it still exists?
