Is there any news about a possible release for the remainder seasons? I really enjoy this show. Just discovered Hart to Hart about 2 months ago since I was 1 when it went off the air. I would love to have the last 3 seasons on dvd as well.

shareI think that Shout Factory should pick up the rights from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment & release the remaining seasons (3-5), as well as a complete series set.
It seems like that Sony Pictures Home Entertainment do a lousy job of releasing TV shows on DVD because after they release the 1st & 2nd seasons, they either take a long time releasing future season or stop releasing them, due to poor sales. I know that classic TV shows don't sale as well as the current TV shows, but there are fans that grew up watching those classic shows.

shareI may be wrong, but I was under the impression that Wagner himself is holding up the release of the later seasons because of a legal battle with the producers over royalties he claims he is owed on another show (I believe CHARLIE'S ANGELS) with which he was involved in a developmental capacity.
If this is so, it may be a very long time before we see any more seasons of H2H...

I had not heard that but that gives me hope that may be one day. I too would love to buy the other seasons I keep track of shows I am interested in through www.tvshowsondvd.com which is a great site you register with them (they do not spam) and you indicate which series you are interested in and they email you when the show has a news item or DVD release. Brilliant site highly recommend for TV buffs like me.

I am not surprised at Sony dropping the ball again though. Shout! is their best bet and probably the only decent company producing old shows on DVD.
I don't ever remember seeing this show in stores though, it seems harder and harder to find my my favorite series on shelves which is a shame since it's one of the few things that gets me through my day.

There is a type of petition available. You can sign up for notification when seasons 3-5 are available on amazon.com. The more people sign up, the greater the estimated demand.

I also would like to have "Hart to Hart" all 5 season on DVD. I was around 6 or 7 years when i've seen it on TV.
And "Hart to Hart" its really entertaining with a romantic couple.
Its a big shame not to release Season 3 - 5 on DVD too.

shareNO, thats impossible. When it was, it was not a official release. Sony stopped the release on DVD after the second season. in the US and in Germany.
A big shame for a such great crime-comedy and Stephanie Powers is really charming. Met her in october 2012 in London.
but I have luck, Hart to Hart is re-running several times on the german TV (daily)
Definitely NOT, only Seasons 1 and 2 are out on DVD from teh reputable actual source, Sony. That's it. The rest are varying levels of bootlegs, and I don't recommend them.
