Matheson (spoilers)
He got it way too quick man! Faulkner should have come in with like a briefcase full of tourniquets and scalpels and *beep* Who agrees?

shareMaybe but Faulkner is too professional to do torture so a simple bullet suffices.

Faulkner shot him in the stomach with a small caliber pistol and then watched him die slowly.
Definately a man who can get his vengance on.
propaganda=on IMDB, apparently any movie with Americans as the good guysshare
"Faulkner shot him in the stomach with a small caliber pistol and then watched him die slowly. "
Exactly. Let's not forget that in RL, the gut is one of the most painful areas to be shot in. Plus you can actually survive for quite some time with a gut-wound.
I think it was Wild Bill Hickock who told a friend to aim for the navel in a gunfight to quickly incapacitate an opponent and give him a good chance of survival at the same time.
Matherson did die too quickly in the movie, in real life he would've had around 20 minutes of agony from that wound.
