Does anyone know where I can pick up a copy of the book???

Via Amakon UK. Just checked a moment ago and you can buy a second-hand copy for 12 pence.

It's long out of print, so second hand is your best bet. ABEbooks is another good source.

I found a used copy at either a yard sale or the flea market. Ticked to find it.

have you tried for a downloadable copy?

Kindle has it I think. or pdf formats and torrents?
