Why isn't this version on DVD yet?

Saw this several times when the Houston Public Library (in Texas) had a 16mm library where films could be checked out. Sadly that film library is long gone as I suspect that print was on lease from Swank Motion Pictures as the Houston library leased many of the films in the Swank catalog. Sadly It's not available on a legal DVD anywhere in the USA. Wish it was as this is a very good version. Whoever owns the rights to Sunn Classic Pictures should release this!!

I just received a DVD copy of this from allcluesnosolutions.com, very clear audio and visual. Paid about $7.00 for it.

I recently purchased the 1978 remake of The Time Machine over at Modcinema, hope that helps!
