I could be wrong, but I believe it is illegal to use a child that way in films. Alicia Sylverstone had a body double for her sex scenes in Lolita. The girl from the film Orphan had a body double for her scenes with her "father" when she tries to seduce him, and Jenna Malone from Bastard Out of Carolina had a body double for all her sex scenes with her stepfather in the film. When the children's faces are used, they're usually (I seem to remember hearing in interviews and such about these films) filmed alone with closeups of the cameras on their faces. All body scenes you see are the of-age body doubles being used.
It's why I have always been surprised that a body double wasn't used for Brooke in her nude scenes. But then, I don't remember what the law was back in '78. I was just a baby myself. Today, she would most likely have to have a body-double.
