I had been a little curious about this film for a couple years. Then, I heard about the remake and I really wanted to see Piranha! Glad I got the newest dvd not too long ago and I watched it. This was a very enjoyable film! Some idiot today told me, "oh that is a stupid movie." How is Piranha stupid?! This was hilarious! It had solid acting, great script, and overall it was a fun film! And since I am a completist, I just had to get Piranha 2 haha. Hope that one will be a "so bad, it's good" type of film. Aja directing the remake gives me hope. He did a great job on the Hills Have Eyes remake. I also loved Haute Tension and Mirrors, so Piranha 3D should be solid!

It's a great film, and it's sequel is STUPID, no wonder coming from the ways of jim cameron...who is as bad as his first attempt, no matter what the world may think.

Well, Piranha 2 was stupid, but I found it to be an okay movie surprisingly. I guess I am a gorehound and the gore in Piranha 2 was decent. It was entertaining at times, but slow in most other parts.

Piranha 3D, however, was a fun movie!!!!!!

You do realize that though James Cameron is credited, he didn't actually direct Piranha 2, right?

Drop it like it's legal precedent!
