Anybody know why? All the other main Deltas are and "Shout" plays before Mrs. Wormer arrives.

A stupid (now iconic) scene that every other major Delta cast member is in.

Otter was obviously going through his black book, trying to figure out who he was going to bang that night. He sent out the signals to Mrs. Wormer earlier in the day but he needed a back-up. Mandy was doing her hair so that didn't seem possible. He thought of calling Shelly Dubinski and her very satisfactory numbs but then realized he had not met her yet.
