I just finished watching Animal House for the first time in a long time.
It was recorded on AMC probably over a year ago. (Not a recent airing. I saved it on the DVR from a long while back in order to show to my son now, weeks before he goes off to college.)
I was surprised, in the scene where Boone walks in on Katy with the professor, and instead of the hilarious reveal when he reaches up to the shelf, and his butt cheeks show, leaving no question what he and Katy had been doing.
But in this AMC showing...the prof was wearing khakis!!!!
I couldn't believe it!
Has anyone else ever seen this? I guess they filmed it both ways to make it PG 13 for TV later on??

They might have. My area didn't have good cable coverage then so we wouldn't have seen it on HBO but you couldn't show tushes in those days on TV.
