Campus Cribbage

This is a really entertaining film if you're interested about 'campus culture' and the strange world of the college fraternity.

I attended Dartmouth College and was part of the fraternity BG (a local chapter of the national DTD house), and Animal House was one our favorite films!

When I watch this film --- which is really a great trophy for John Belushi --- I think about the general experience of reuniting with old school friends with whom you share all kinds of freakish and funny memories.

Just imagine if there was a real troop of American crusaders called G.I. Joes (like the cult-favorite comic book stylized paramilitary fantasy-adventure series) and years after retiring, they decided to have a reunion. They're all in their 50s now, and Lady Jaye organizes the event at a hotel ballroom or something, and they watch Animal House.

That's really the magic of this film. It can easily translate to any kind of 'imaginarium experience.'
