shareYeah, I've always been curious as to why he didn't play, he would have been great and I could totally picture him there. I wish he had been, after all, Ringo was there.

That would have made the movie perfect I think.
shareYeah...George playing "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" which would have fit the mood and tone. It would have been tempting to bring out Clapton for the solo, but I would have liked to have seen what Robbie could have done with it.
George went through periods where he was retiring and avoiding the limelight...maybe this was one of those.
I was also wondering why he wasn't there, out of all the Beatles he's the first one to come to mind.
