About 15mins into the film, when Matthew is showing the rat poo to Elizabeth in the hall of the Department of Health, there is a man standing right up against the glass of a closed door staring intensely at the both of them. What's the deal with this guy?

I love that guy! I assume he's a pod person that can't quite get the hang of proper human behavior, kind of like the swinging priest. Or he could be a guy who's caught on to what's happening and is sort of crazily staring out the window of his office wondering how many of those people walking around outside are body snatchers.
