Anyone else wanna see someone touch this up with a bit of a Deep Fake makeover? Not for an official Blu-ray release, of course, just a fan edit on Youtube.
I don't know how it'll look during the shots with the fake Bruce wearing sunglasses, but all the clear front view angles of Kim Tai-jong as Bruce should look pretty good with the real Bruce's face added in.
Anyone gave this a thought?
I would prefer them to take the original footage (all of it) and finish the movie that Bruce intended using a stand in with Bruces face added in.
shareThat would be horribly distracting and gross. It's best to just leave Bruce Lee's Game of Death as a "what if?" for fans to ponder on. There's no need for any more fake Bruce Lee films.

shareYeah, it was a good watch, but 20 minutes of footage isn't enough to build an entire film around. Even if there's more that has yet to be seen, we still don't have enough to create an accurate recreation of the film as Lee intended. We may be able to get Bruce Lee's face in, but there's still no way we can create the film as exactly the way he intended (choreography, direction, cast etc).
Ultimately, trying to recreate Bruce Lee's Game of Death without the guy's actual involvement, would be like trying to make pizza without dough.

It was 40. But the scenes that were acted out which Bruce didn't shoot were interesting. I wouldn't mind them doing it to be honest.
