Dennis Franz, from NYPD Blue, plays the cop who's worried about his car getting trashed when Douglas car-jacks him and his partner. He's so young.

Then, I noticed that his face was clear, no acne scars. It's weird that Franz got acne so much later on in life, or is his face pock-marked from something else now?

The gene pool could use a little chlorine......

That was Dennis Franz???? Damn, you are right! I wouldnt have noticed it, and i love NYPD Blue.

I couldn't get over how slim he looked. He first appeared in Hill Steet Blues around 1982 (before he become a regular), so only 4 years later yet he looked 15 years older.
