If memory serves me, this was a real place that has since closed down. Does anyone remember where this was? And wasn't there a roller-coaster that went underground?

Went to Old Chicago a few times as a kid (thankfully, not when Robin Sandza was around!). Here is a great Old Chicago site with lots of details, pics and memorabilia:
