I was just watching this on TV and I was wondering who Cheryl was. I don't know if its just me or does she look an awfully lot like Demi Moore. I looked up Demi Moore and it doesn't say that she played in it, however, there is no reference to Cheryl on here.

I immediately thought about the actress in Carrie too (w/ the big glasses) but I believe that's someone else. I didn't see Carrie listed on this lady's (the one who played Cheryl) list of projects.

You're mistaking her for Edie McClurg, who went on to play alot of comedic parts such as Mr Rooney's secretary in Ferris Bueller's Day Off.
Hilary Thompson, as stated earlier, guest starred in a lot of '70s tv shows. I think I'll remember her best for playing the object of Greg Brady's desires in the episode where the Bradys went to King's Dominion Amusement Park in Cinncinati and he dressed up as a bear to get her attention.
