Orville had a clumsy moment

Did anyone else notice that when Orville, Echo and Philo are leaving the meat factory after the fight, after Orville kissed Echo he walks right into the wall?!
Was this a genuine mistake or planned mistake?

I noticed that too. I also noticed him tripping before he got into the car one time so I am thinking it was part of his character. He wasn't the brightest guy in the world.
