BIG AL
Early in the film, Philo walks into a bar, necks a beer and as he's walking out grab a handful of peanuts off the bar, surely they were bought & paid for by 'Big Al' so he was in his right to be annoyed at Philo?
shareI dont think Big Al paid for the peanuts, I got the impression they were complimentary for the people drinking. What makes me think this is the guy who was talking to Big Al, who holds up another bowl and says "There's plenty of peanuts Big Al".
I thought Al was just a dick.
