Just at the beginnig of the movie, there is a fight between Easwood and other guy at a bar... The man is a heavy-ser dark skinned guy who is knocked out by our hero... I feel curious about that sweaty block... Anydody knows?

That's not correct. That's an error on IMDb. The name of the actor is Al Stellone. He appeared in an episode of "All in the Family" as the sergeant. That episode is on youtube as of this writing. You'll see him at about 3 min in. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lawFs5ei-KM
