Contender For Worst "Twist" Ever...

The end of this film is pretty poor.

In fact, you could question the whole film as literally nothing really happens but the good ship Damien continuing on its merry way, blissfully untouchable.

Was the anti-christ the original Mary Sue?

Anyway, as I was saying, the end is poor for a number of reasons - including the fact that the guy got the letter from whomever his chops was, yet still thinks he's going to stab him in the museum even although it had to be on holy ground. No way he would have left that out of the letter...

But worst of all is the non twist twist that his missus is actually one of Damien's disciples and stabs him. You could see this coming from an absolute country mile off and therefore it wasn't even fun when it inevitably played out.

So basically, we get absolutely nothing from this film.

I'd have preferred if they hadn't retconned the end of the first film and we'd seen him being raised as the President's son and got to see the devil worshippers infiltration of the White House.
