Never saw the appeal of this franchise, even though the first one has it's strong points

The OG is a classic and it will always be a horror go-to for me

I remember liking it in the theater, but then like 30 years later rewatched it and, not as good as I'd thought.

Sounds about right to me, it's a solid sequel to a classic. The naysayers here can fuck right off.

It has some good moments and a great cast. I think 7/10 is about right. Oddly enough though, Jonathan Scott-Taylor never did anything after this film. He pretty much disappeared from the film industry. I wonder what became of him? Anyhow, solid movie in my view.

6 or 7 is about right. It's a solid sequel. The original is a classic.
