new reg 2 (Japan) Convoy dvd released by Universal
I have the uncut kinowelt disc (PAL format)and the previous japan (reg 2, pioneer) dvd (uncut by pan/scan), but I just saw this and I am thinking of getting it:

this would be considered a must have: uncut, widescreen version in ntsc format
Evidently Universal/studio canal own the rights to this overseas, perhaps this will be ported over to the US at some point
the only issue that bothers me is the running time (104mins), however like the previous jap dvd (105mins) it was uncut but time compressed.
Will take that chance--
