Now, I'll admit it's been a long, long time since I've watched this film, but my brother swears there's a scene where Bruce Dern calls Jane Fonda a *beep* As repugnant as I find that word, I can't believe I have no memory of this. Can anyone clarify, please?

I'd forgotten that imdb censors obscene words even when you don't fully spell them out. Well, this one begins with a C.

Yes, he calls her the C word. As I remember he says " Jody C----". Maybe spelled Jo De? But he says it twice.
