Am I the only one that noticed this blooper?

As our heroine climbed the maintainance ladder in the back alley to OR-8, she dropped her sling-back shoes and pantyhose to secure her footing and gain better traction. Once confirming her suspicions, she appears in the main corridors of the hospital wearing the shoes she dropped only moments ago. Never mind that she would seem conspicuous without shoes to security personnel and such, the point is - given the sequence of events that lead her to that spot - she had no opportunity to retreave those shoes.

She climbed BACK down the ladder, getting her shoes but leaving her pantyhose which later would save her life.

When Michael Douglas is racing against time to search for the carbon monoxide-tank in the basement - as Bujold is wheeled into surgery - he finally notices Bujold's pantyhose hanging by the ladder she had climbed up earlier. This calls his attention to the tube going up next to the ladder, and this in turn helps him find and destroy the "transmitter" supplying the carbon monoxide to OR-8. So basically Bujold helped save her own life by dropping her pantyhose :)
