Did I miss the line when Wilma Deering says, "Even our armed forces are afraid to go into Anarchia at night!"? I just watched the pilot and don't recall it being spoken.

"They would turn me back into a dog," said Towser.
"And me," said Fowler, "back into a man."

i dont remember that ever being said in the movie version. maybe it was only in the extended-for-tv episode

I got the DVD of the series last week. There is no mention of Anarchia at all, that may have been for the TV version only.
