Is Gary Busey (or his character) mentally retarded? (Spoilers)
The scene at the end where they all meet up, before the big wave -- he just stands there like a slack-jawed yokel, not saying anything. It's almost disturbing.
shareWhat? No. Nobody is talking. Jack and Leroy both surprise Matt and are smiling at him. They all start walking then just talk about the swell. I admit his character is a bit nuts but it's supposed to be. He's awesome.
