in the scene where a diver jumps out of the water and says: "get me out of here!", I noticed that this is similiar to a scene in killerfish, where a diver jumps out of the water, screaming.

shareHey good call! KILLER FISH has a 1979 release date though. Likely both films were drawing inspiration from Richard Dreyfus' diving scenes from JAWS. Margheriti may have seen BARRACUDA while preparing for KILLER FISH too so its still a good call.

Another film that seems to borrow from that scene in Jaws is Cave Of Sharks, where a dead body pops out of a hatch in a sunken plane, frightening a diver.
