Was Ed Bernard(Principal Willis), The Most Underrated Actor On The Show?

I think so, there is no episode centered around his character. Yet he never overacted and played his part very well(Spoiler ahead). I think his greatest moment was when he confronted Albert Hodges and basically hit the nail on the head so hard about Hodges really hating himself because he's black, that Hodges doesn't even respond and leaves, cause it was true.

Agree completely. Other great moments:

-When Reeves felt guilty about hitting Lucius Robinson and the team seemed to take Lucius' side, Willis calmly reminds him that's to be expected.

-His restraint when Lucius pushed him at the discplinary board.

-Chastising of Reeves at the racquetball courts for going to Oak Ridge to see Reese.
