I have them. Actually bought them from someone I found on this site. Burned DVDs with hand written titles on them. Obviously recorded over the air at the time in VHS when the episodes came out and then transferred. So the quality is not good, but then there is not any other way to get season 3.
Wish I could help you out, but copying them is quite beyond me. Might want to backtrack through the threads here to see if the one that I hunted them down from still remains.
The guy is also on the carver chat site and has closed the paypal link on the site he was selling from. So I guess he doesn't wanna do it anymore. So as of now, nobody is selling it. I recorded season 3 from tv like 5 years ago, but the problem is, they did not show "A day in a life", the series finale which I always felt is a must have. There were also 2 other episodes they wouldn't show. Those same episodes are also not available on Hulu. I don't know what the issue is with those 3 episodes that they can't show them or make them available. So I guess I'll have to do without those 3 episodes.
