I don't remember the show ending. It just stoped showing on ITV.

Yeah they did on Granada. I remember watching the last episode on TV when I was about 14. They had Maggie Kirkpatrick on the phone prior to the last episode and they did a 5 min interview before she introduced the last episode on Granada. Great memories.

They showed the last two episodes back to back in my ITV region (Grampian). The announcer woman spoke over the end credits of the second last episode about what was coming up after the final episode, saying that she didn't want to spoil the music over the last ever episode. Lovely touch.

I remember seeing the last episode on Central in the early 90's.

Me too. It ended on Central this very week in December 1991.

Not all episodes were shown on the Ulster region.
