What was the season/name of the episode where Banner is at a US military hospital and becomes blinded handling a gas canister marked for disposal at the Army dump?

I didn't watch this show but my college professor was a big fan. He told me what you are describing it sounds like the movie from 2008, and not an episode

I ended up finding out it was Blind Rage from season 3.

What was the name of the episode again where David is tied up at the end and then turns into the Hulk. He breaks out, grunts, and tosses the bad guys around and then runs off somewhere?
