Kathy (Arnold's handicap friend)

No disrespect but she was a rude ass little girl. I don't know why in every episode she was so bitter. I understand that everyone was nice because she handicap but sometimes I wish someone rolled her off somewhere. I dislike her character for how rude she was made out to be.

Agreed, I couldn't stand her and she was using her disability as an excuse to be abusive to people.

Sometimes a movie or tv show plot is so stupid that only the stupid can understand it.

Well think about it back then---they only had laws saying she could go to public k-12 school. And that she was allowed in fed gov buildings.

But public transit was not providing accessibility and private places did not have to allow her to apply even if she could do most things in the job announcement and needed an accommodation for a non-essential job duty. Local and State Gov also did not have to accommodate her either.

I would be mad too without reliable/consistent access out and about including to/from my very own apartment (the bathroom, in/out the front door). She probably also has difficulty accessing the movies, restaurants, doctors.

Living in these conditions would stress me out a lot. being sunny and upbeat under these conditions would be very hard for a lot of people. How would you go to the restroom during a local park visit if there were no wheelchair accessible bathrooms then required?

She was awful. Hated that character. Just because you are handicap doesn't give you the right to act like a rude bitch to everybody.
