Production Order

Years ago I read the Blakes 7 specials and in it they technically give the production order of the series which in some ways is superior to the actual television ordering!
Series one's only change would be Mission to Destiny and Duel swopping places.
Series two would have Killer as second episode and us believing that sleeping Gan's shouldn't be disturbed while Weapon, Horizon and Shadow I believe must come before Pressure Point which somehow was filmed next to Weapon but before the other two!!!
Series three has City At The Edge of The World (or Forever) as the fourth episode and Children of Auron followed by Dawn of The Gods due to references to Auron which make no sense if you think about it without this swop!
Series four has Traitor and Stardrive swopped which is another obvious change due to the band branching out after acquiring the Plaxton superdrive!
