A Thanksgiving Tradition
I am originally from Portland, Oregon. When I was six (1991), the local CBS station (KOIN 6) reran what I'm reasonably sure was the entire series over Thanksgiving weekend (it was 19 years ago, but I clearly recall seeing the origin, "Deadly Dust", "Dragon's Challenge" and the clone episode, and why would they throw in the clone episode if they were only going to show the "movies"?) And when one is six, they quite willingly overlook the wires pulling the stunt man up a wall, cheesey web effects, hokey dialogue, etc.
A few years ago, I broke down and bought a bootleg DVD set (if the Feds ask, they are "archive" copies to my legally aquired Rhino VHS copies which have since been lost). I make a point of watching the show every Thanksgiving.
Why am I sharing this? Probably because it's 2am, I'm jazzed on coffee out of my head, and have to be on a plane to Denver in two hours.
No, I won't make copies of my set (unless you make a really good offer).
