So, an idiot I knew in middle school claimed his father had an x-rated version of this movie. I have never seen anything indicating such a film exists. Am I wrong?

There was a softcore TV series that ran on Showtime called "Lady Chatterley's Stories". I think it's a safe bet to say that there were probably more than a few VHS tapes floating around with that on it during the pre-internet days. I don't know about an x-rated version of this actual movie though.

Unfortunately there's no X-rated version which is too bad, it would have been an all time best seller.
