There was a certain theme during the film which was expanded during the ending credits. It was a most moving and stirring theme. Does anyone know the name of it, or how I can find this on CD?

Theme is called "Soldaat van Oranje" by Rogier van Otterloo (who passed away in 1988). There is no soundtrack on cd. However, this track is on some of Rogier van Otterloo's cd's.
shareI consider it to be among the very best music ever to have been written for a film. Another brilliant one is the score to 'Cutthoat Island'. Some composers really understand what the score to a film should be, they really add to the story with their music. This piece definitely did. I get goosebumps when I hear it. Van Otterloo outdid himself.
