Can't believe this movie only has a 6.9/10 rating.
This movie should be getting a 7.5/10 rating because it's a timeless classic.

shareI give it 6/10. It's a fun good 'ol boy flick with Burt and Sally in their prime. Reynolds is at his smiling, wisecracking best and Field is a cutie who looks great in tight pants. It's energetic and amusing; anyone who likes car chases, Southern accents, trucks, CB radios, redneck cops and motorhead antics will enjoy it. But it's not great like Eastwood's "Every Which Way But Loose."
shareMeh, sure it's a timeless classic, but 6.9 sounds about right. Personally, I wouldn't go that high. Maybe a 6.5.
shareBurt Reynolds and Sally Field gave good performances in this film but my favorite character of the film is Buford T. Justice, I thought Jackie Gleason gave the best performance as Buford T. Justice, I thought Junior wasn't given much to do in this film as he was given in the sequels.
shareSe7en now.
